Great experience with BBB garage door team. I had to get torsion springs replaced. They were able to schedule and appointment same day within few hours of me talking to them. Quote price was reasonable, although they had to upgrade to a stronger spring after looking at the garage in person, but they honored the price for me.

I highly recommend Shaun and BBB Garage Doors! After dealing with an aggressive technicians from another companies who tried to bait-and-switch me on pricing, Shaun was a breath of fresh air. He was completely honest, polite, and professional from the very start. He gave me a very fair, transparent/affordable price for 20K high-cycle torsion springs, a 2-year warranty, and free maintenance. Even though he originally thought it would be later in the week, Shaun managed to come out today (8/4 - the next day after confirmation) to get it done immediately! The installation was perfect, and the door easily passed the halfway balance test. If you want a trustworthy, licensed family business that won't scam you, call BBB Garage Doors!

BBB is incredibly responsive and professional! An associate answers their office phone, she contacts technicians quickly, schedules requests promptly, and the technician arrives on time. I placed a call for help with my garage door early one morning and within 2 hours Nathan was at my home! He made a point to come to my assistance before starting another job, so I didn't have to wait. The problem was resolved in minutes, he lubricated the door hardware before leaving, and made sure I knew the product to order. I'm very glad I selected them several years ago to install a brand new garage door and opener, and would make the same decision today.

BBB’s customer service and work installing a garage door was outstanding. They were very helpful working with me to find a garage door that fit my criteria, and extended the contract deadline and honored the price quoted when I found out that I needed garage foundation work before the door could be installed. They also alerted me and helped fix a few issues we had with the previous setup of the garage motor and sensors so the new door would work well.
They truly care about the customer and provide exceptional service.
