We had a such a positive experience with Overhead Door. They came out within just a few hours of my call to fix our garage door spring and install a new system. Tim was very nice and professional. He even lowered the garage door track because he noticed that it was originally installed too high. Now our garage door runs much more smoothly and quietly. I contacted Overhead Door Washington because my garage door spring was broken. My garage is a small, older one-car garage nothing large or complex. Two technicians came out and worked for about 30 minutes.
They did not provide any estimate or explain the cost before starting the work. The repair was only temporary the problem was not fully fixed yet I was charged $399.08. I was never informed of the price in advance and did not give approval for that amount.
Being charged nearly $400 for a temporary fix, without clear communication or consent, is extremely disappointing. Customers deserve transparency, especially when the repair is not even a complete solution.
Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and communication.
