Our 33 year old garage door opener finally gave up. We called on Monday and they were able to come out on Thursday. The technician was very professional and as he began what was supposed to be a simple install turned into much more. He worked diligently repairing and replacing all the old parts. The door actually works better now than it did new 33 years ago!! Very pleased with Zack and the company.

My wife and I just recently closed on our first house and we’re in need of a new garage door opener as the current one was not operating to its full potential. I called and made an appointment and they were there with a day to replace the garage door opener with a new one. Zach was phenomenal! New opener works flawlessly and is super quiet and we couldn’t be happier.
We had two springs snap widely from our garage door. I had assumed the whole door would need to be replaced and called Smarr Garage Door. They set up an appointment quickly, and the repairman arrived on time, took a look and explained he could simply replace the springs and lubricate them. I had asked for a new door and he could have just proceeded with that, but he patiently explained the situation to me and had the door operating in less than an hour. He also assessed the door operator and informed me that after 21 years it would probably need replacing in the fairly near future. I know who I will call when that moment arrives.
