This was second time Kenny had been out and provided top-notch customer service both times. He arrived within the 2-hour window, patiently answered my questions and provided some basic maintenance education. Kenny also explained what a future upgrade to the motor would include. I am very pleased with the professionalism shown by this service technician who came to my home as well as the customer service agents who helped schedule (and reschedule) my appointments . Working with this company was an absolute pleasure. The tech they had come service us was awesome. Kenny came out and serviced the garage and his customer service skills and professionalism were more than refreshing to see; especially in the current climate where true work ethic has seems to no longer be a pillar of proper workplace etiquette and performance. He arrived punctually, he did excellent work and was quick, he was also thorough in his explanations of how to operate and the various functions of our new systems. Whole process was smooth and professional. I definitely recommend the company and if you go with them ask for Kenny. 10/10 service
Mark Elder with Bilt Rite did an excellent job installing our new garage doors. He arrived on time, kept the jobsite clean, and finished ahead of schedule. He also did an excellent job explaining all of the features of the doors and motors.
Alex performed a maintenance service on my garage door last week. Will ask for him in the future without a doubt! Very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. He’s also a good teacher- I learned how to maintain the door myself for at least a year. I went by the Bilt-Rite office today to pick up a can of lubricant spray. Wanted to get the best product. My only comment is that next time I will call ahead. Not a good idea to stop by during a training meeting. But I did get what I needed - just took a little longer.
