My garage door stopped working Sunday night. I made the call & spoke with a nice guy Gary, who immediately told me what the problem was(Garage Springs), quoted the job(very reasonable), and was at my home in 25 minutes to repair my garage. Mr.Gary was very nice, knowledgeable amd surely made my day. I'm greatly appreciated of the job done & would highly recommend to others.

Gary’s service and knowledge of garage systems was stellar. He arrived quickly and diagnosed the issues and fixed the garage door in a timely manner while informing me of multiple different avenues to either replace or maintain my garage door. I would not choose any other company to help with garage door issues.
Our garage door quit working. I called Chatachoochee Garage door to schedule an appointment. They arrived 30 minutes later, assessed the situation and made a fair offer to repair it They fixed the same day. Very nice people. Responsive. I recommend them.
My garage door was not opening and closing completely. I called Gary- General Manager- who came to my house 30mins after he received my call (on a Monday). Gary, a true professional with outstanding customer service skills, took his time analyzing, trouble-shooting and calling other technicians to truly understand and address the issue. After a few tries and not giving up, he was able to make the adequate adjustments and got my garage door up and running. And while I may be needing a new garage door in the near future; I am grateful for them taking the time to make the repairs and extending the life of my garage door. I would highly recommend Chattahoochee Garage Door Co. this is my 3rd time doing business with them and can honestly say I am a proud and loyal costumer!
