Paid over head door to fix a rolling door, came out said they fixed it panels on the door got broken during closing because they didn’t actually solve the issue. We then paid them almost 3 grand to replace the panels and fix the issue. Replaced panels but door still doesn’t operate correctly and employee was rude. They sent the manager out diagnose said he would send someone for Friday or Monday they show up Tuesday with an entirely different diagnosis and trying to charge us again and for another panel on a different spot of the door. Moral of the story we’ve paid thousands and still in the same position we were in months ago and trying to be charged again. Finally we are going to another company.
This company was quick to respond to my request for service on my Garage doors. The service man was kind and knowledgeable and performed the work efficiently and in a timely manner even though I am an hour away from their offices. Definitely recommend this company!!

Overhead Door Co. of Columbus is committed to top quality, professionalism and speedy service to their customers ! They responded to my call immediately, and had a technician at my home quicker than promised. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional, identifying the problem immediately. He had the necessary parts on hand and completed the job in 25 minutes, quicker than he had anticipated. I will continue to use this company for any issues with my garage door. And would highly recommend them to anyone who wants their job done right the first time!
We had a door repaired promptly on 12/23/21 with a new left side spring. On 8/15/22, the door failed. The first repair company who could come out was a competitor. (Overhead Door had 48 hr wait). The competitor informed us that the replaced spring was undersized and unequal in size to the right side. This caused additional damage to our door and required substantial repair, far beyond the original cost. We did not want Overhead Door repairing the door again and needed to secure our residence ASAP, so we paid out of pocket for the repair. Overhead Door is not offering compensation for the incorrect repair.
