Great customer service. Got the notification tech was on the way. Tech arrived shortly after. I was meet by Mr. Duncan who was very knowledgeable and had no problem explaining in detail what needed to be done and why. He wrote up what needed to be done got my approval and quickly got to work. About 45 min later he was done and my garage door worked like it did before the issues we had. All around from someone one in the customer service field where you have to go to peoples houses also their safe space to preform services this was an amazing experience.
