Brian was great on initial consultation and installation. Ordered door and opener on a Wednesday and installed 2 days later. Price was $1500 less for same products from another company. Would definitely recommend Apex!!
I’d like to say that if I ever need service for my garage door again, I will definitely call Apex first! I called on a Thursday, they were out on Friday morning, and had the whole service completed before 1:00pm. I thought I only needed my bottom weather stripping replace, but after Will did a complete safety inspection, he found that both of my side cables were fraying and needed to be replaced ASAP! I wasn’t expecting that extra expense, but I knew it was necessary. Will took time to reach out to his manager and got a discount to help out with the cost. I am very happy with the service!

Called very quickly after we submitted a request online. Tech (Mike) came out the same night and was helpful in explaining what needed to be done. We agreed on the work and he came back the next day for repairs. Had a glitch after he left but he came right back and corrected the issue quickly. Good service and amazing speed
I would highly recommend APEX Garage Door Service. From the first phone call (they actually call you back and show up on time) to the install, everything was seamless. The tech who installed our door was a really nice guy and their customer service is super nice too. No high pressure sales, listened to and understood my needs. My only suggestion would be that they promote the safety and tech features of the motor with the customer and provide them with the model & serial number to register the motor for warranty. Other than that it was perfection. Get the insulated door, it's well worth it!! Great job guys!
