I’d like to say that if I ever need service for my garage door again, I will definitely call Apex first! I called on a Thursday, they were out on Friday morning, and had the whole service completed before 1:00pm. I thought I only needed my bottom weather stripping replace, but after Will did a complete safety inspection, he found that both of my side cables were fraying and needed to be replaced ASAP! I wasn’t expecting that extra expense, but I knew it was necessary. Will took time to reach out to his manager and got a discount to help out with the cost. I am very happy with the service!

Fast, friendly response! My tech was so nice and stayed in touch throughout the whole process. The office staff were equally as professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this company. This was my first experience with Apex and I will be using them for my other two bays as I have a 3 bay garage. I got my garage door openers replaced. Will was a friendly, knowledgeable tech.
