Last night when I closed my garage door, I heard a loud crack, but everything looked OK. This morning I couldn’t open it after calling Precision. They had a repairman on their way within 30 minutes. Turns out one of my springs had broken. These were original to the house which was built in 1967 so they replaced them at a new bearings and cable and it’s like a new garage door. It opens so smoothly and quietly and effortlesslyMatt Gave me two estimates just for the spring and the springs and everything that was wearing out. I didn’t want to recall so I asked him to just fix everything that needed it. It all took less than an hour highly recommend this company and Matt
