Service technician Eddy arrived quickly and diagnosed the situation. He was clearly knowledgeable, not only diagnosing the immediate problem but also providing a comprehensive repair estimate that addressed the underlying, recurring issues.

I have had a terrible experience with this company. From the beginning I was rescheduled three times due to them being busy. When they showed up and installed my garage door and opener one of the panels was scratched up and Sam assured me he would order the color matching paint and make the repair as soon as it came in. I called them and spoke with Eddie a month ago and he told me that they had the paint and would be out, still no one has contacted me to make the repair . The garage door and opener was installed August 7
