UPDATE: after I posted this review, the owner, Eddie immediately contacted me. He then came to our house that evening, brought the color matching paint and even repaired the seal around the garage door. I appreciate his quick response. I’m very happy he made everything right.I have had a terrible experience with this company. From the beginning I was rescheduled three times due to them being busy. When they showed up and installed my garage door and opener one of the panels was scratched up and Sam assured me he would order the color matching paint and make the repair as soon as it came in. I called them and spoke with Eddie a month ago and he told me that they had the paint and would be out, still no one has contacted me to make the repair . The garage door and opener was installed August 7
