Our Liftmaster garage door started to malfunction at the end of December 2025. Worse was we had holiday travel and while out of state in Idaho, our garage door spontaneously opened. I recognized the sound on my husband's phone as that was the notification I wanted fixed on mine. I recognized it immediately. Lucky for us, hubs business partner happened to be at our house (they work in an office from home) and we were able to call him and get the door closed again. Once home, after trying to fix it ourselves, we quickly realized this was a job for the professionals. We have always used R&S Erection in two different homes and both locations do a great job. This was their Concord location that helped us. Hubs arranged to have their tech come out. Our assigned tech was Tony. Turns out the garage door opener wall unit had gone bad. Tony figured it out and installed their newest model. Easy peazy. But, wait, hubs failed to tell me he was coming and I was out of the house then. I had a secondary need, because my phone app ceased working due to the problems. I really like the feature that notifies you on the cell phone app that the door has opened or closed. Then I called that day or the next day and spoke with Lenin and explained how this oversight had happened and I still wanted my phone app fixed (turns out hubs needed his fixed too). He stated they would have to charge another fee to have the tech come back. I was NOT happy, complained about that and declined to pay an additional fee. We hung up. But low and behold, Lenin took his own initiative and called me back, telling me he would send out a tech (Tony again) to solve this problem FOR NO CHARGE...because it shouldn't require more than 15 minutes and they were comfortable in waiving that second fee. Sure enough, within an hour or two Tony's smiling face showed up at our door. He fixed both of our cell phones (one Android and one Apple). I cannot tell you how impressed I was that Lenin took the initiative and made that happen. Not sure if he had to consult with a higher up, but however it happened COLOR ME HAPPY! We will always recommend and use R&S Erection based on the great service we have always gotten. And this recent experience did not disappoint! Thanks to both Tony and Lenin for exemplary customer service! R&S is lucky to have them (as are we)!
This company is very professional and our top company we call now for all our shop door needs. Luis and Emiliano were our techs; they were very friendly and helpful. They fixed our shop roll up door in less than an hour. Which was a huge relief. I highly recommend them and you can stop your searching now!
