What an incredible company. I called them first thing in the morning because our garage was having issues and I wanted a quote on a new garage door opener. Will arrived promptly on time, listened to the issues we were having and provided reasonable options for me to choose from. We were able to have a new garage door opener and keypad installed same day! Will was fantastic to work with and I imagine Coney company feels lucky to have him!
AWOL the tech from Conwy’s Door contacted us before he came out, by text and a call. He shared what he discovered about our garage door, as the different options we could choose to resolve the problem. He was personable and polite. He went above what we had expected for the repair. We had replaced an old garage opener which was no longer operational. Technician was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to program and demonstrate how to use keypad and remotes. Office staff were friendly and cooperative. We were very pleased with the service we received.
Mason from Coney's Garage Door quickly diagnosed a short in my opener and corrected it quickly. He also did maintenance on the door explaining to me how to do it on my own next time. Very professional in appearance, knows his craft, and also came on time, which is much appreciated. Highly recommend them if you are having any issues at all with your garage door.
I wish I could give 10 stars. Mason was a pleasant and very knowledgeable technician. He did a quick repair in a quick timeframe. The garage door works and looks great. Very reasonable price. Other company told us we would have to purchase a new door at $$$$ price. Highly recommend.
