Brad is faaaaaaantastic! I called him regarding the bottom left garage bracket and he arrived super quickly. I absolutely love how he would describe to me every step he took throughout the process. Not only he fixed our imminent problem, but also he took care of other items that he noticed that could be problematic down the road. I have a lot more good things to say but it will take 300 pages. Brad is very good at what he does! He came and assessed what needed to be done and came back when he said he would. He was able to use the least invasive method for maximum benefit! We really appreciated that. Also, Brad is very personable! We are very glad we called you and we will definitely recommend you to our neighbours and friends who need some work on their garage door!

I called Brad because our garage door wasn't opening at random times and then closing and opening when it shouldn't. Brad came promptly and tried everything possible to fix it. All the other companies I had called for a quote just wanted to sell me a new garage door opener right away but Brad was very honest about it and even came to my home twice attempting to fix it. Unfortunately, we couldn't figure out the problem and ultimately needed to replace it. He serviced the whole garage door to make it operate way smoother and quieter and with the new opener installed now you can barely hear when it opens which is amazing. He puts his heart and soul into his work and is so honest and kind. A true gem in this business. I can highly recommend him to anyone. He's really here to help and not screw you over, which is rare to find nowadays. Thank you Brad for being such a great person!
