This is a 5 star company! Professional, skilled, punctual, honest, friendly, they are the whole package! My spring broke on my garage door leaving me stranded, these guys were quick to respond and pop over to fix it. Josh is a wizard with these doors, in short order he not only had the spring replaced but also realigned the track which had been poorly installed when the home was built. The door now works better than it ever did and is so much more quiet. I couldn't be happier with the outcome, I cant say enough good things about these guys. Scott gives great advice thats best for you, not him.
Thanks to Scott and his colleagues for getting our Gate Control system replaced. After being destroyed, I phoned around not sure who could repair it and Scott showed up within the hour. These guys earned 5 Stars from me today. Our Garage Door Spring broke. Josh was our installer, and I've never witnessed somebody that agile around these tricky Garage Door bits. Not only did he replace the dual Springs, but he basically had to adjust and re-align several aspects of the whole installation (our house is 37 years old). We recently had to replace the Garage Door Opener and got a Belt Drive Unit from the Home Depot. Knowing what I know now, I would have asked The Garage Door Depot to do that for us as well. It's hard to believe how smooth and how quiet our Door is opening and closing now - wish that Spring broke a long time ago. Very happy with their incredible service, and it didn't take long at all - amazingly efficient & effective. Thank you for a job done really well, and impressing me on top of that!
Most certainly worthy of 5 STARS!Scott was thorough, punctual, personable, knowledgable and a great communicator both in person and via his text messages. I'd like to give him extra points for his patience in answering all my questions and delivering my door exactly on time. Mike, the installer was a real pro and had the door "purring like a kitten" in no time at all. After researching local competition I found the price to be most reasonable. This company has been great to deal with. Scott answered my request for a quote and within a couple of hours was in my driveway with a written quote. We then asked if our old doors could be removed so we could upgrade the framing on our garage. Of course was the answer and Josh arrived promptly at the agreed time and in short order the old doors were gone. We completed our framing and called to arrange new door install which happened 2 days later. We are very pleased with the service Josh provided on the new install and the whole process went perfectly. We are delighted with how smoothly the install went and would highly recommend this company.
