I got a big trouble when I messed up my garage door with the car since it was almost 5pm on Friday. I called different companies and most of them could not come in the same day. Freddy was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He listened to my concerns and suggested viable solutions. In my search for a vendor, I’m comparing apples to apples, reviews, quality of service, and price.Although Supreme met all the standards, even with a discount, they were higher than others of equal standing. There is nothing wrong with my current doors beside lack of insulation.
Freddy diagnosed the problem without hesitation and was able to replace the old motor (installed in ‘98), replace the bar and re-establish connection within a little over an hour. He was professional, polite and patient while showing me the app for the opener. I appreciated the same day service as well.
