The gentleman who came to look at my door was very polite and professional, explained everything he was doing to troubleshoot my issue, and was able to solve it.I am very satisfied with the experience I had. The technician was extremely honest, was not pushy trying to sell me anything. I asked several questions and he gave me honest answers saying everything else about the garage door was good. It would’ve been easy for him to say I could use new hardware here and there. From my experience this company has integrity and is honest with their customers. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again if I need anything else
