The garage door technician arrived on time. The technician diagnosed the problem with the garage door motor and explained the issue in detail to me. We decided to purchase new motor since the motor was 28 years old. I was given price options for different motors. I asked for reduced price. The tech called manager. The result was a very good price on the garage door motor. The technician did a very good job installing the new garage door motor. The technician was very nice and polite the entire time. We also previously purchased new garage doors with this company for a reasonable price. I don’t write reviews often but I highly recommend this company.
The Precision Door technician who helped us -- Mike -- was fantastic. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and offered different solutions. Best of all, he had everything needed to do the job, which he did quickly and superbly. Within an hour we had a new operating system which can be operated from our phones. It's so much better than what we had. And Mike could not have been more pleasant.

He assessed the problem thoroughly and quickly provided us with multiple price options to replace the old motor on our garage door. He installed a new motor shortly after the assessment.
