Bret and Chris were absolutely Fantastic to work with! Bret came out for a quote to replace our "Way Past" its prime wood door. We talked to him about what we were looking for and he gave us some insight that we hadn't thought about, which would only come from somebody with the experience. We knew we wanted a better insulated door and he explained to me the differences that were offered and did not try to upsell me on something that would have been way overkill, which I genuinely appreciate. Great communication from the quote to the arrival and Chris doing the install. We did not need to replace the opener, thankfully, but it now works substantially smoother and is so much quieter than it ever was before! Chris took the time to address the finer details and genuinely cared about the quality of his work and it shows in the final product. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

All together it took less than 24 hours for our door to be estimated and fixed. The work itself took less than half an hour. The job was done extremely professional.
