Great experience with Doors Galore, they checked all the right boxes. Good communication from beginning to end, answered all my questions, and made sure we were satisfied when finished. The installers were professional, did excellent work, explained everything when they finished and left the place as clean as they found it. It's great whenever you find a company this easy to deal with. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a new door.
The guys that completed the installation were great. When the installation was completed, the guys showed us that one of the panels had been damaged in either the factory or during shipping. He explained that this does happen on occasion and that he would take pictures today before leaving. Doors Galore would order a new panel and come out and replace it.
They did a great job! Everything is working great. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because the bill was 60.00$ more than expected, The tech said we didn't order a door pin pad. Everyone else that gave us an estimate, when we told them we needed the door and the opener replaced they included the pin pad. I don't like surprises that cost me more money.Leslie Thompson
Parker did a great job explaining and installing the garage door opener and strip on the bottom of the garage door. He also provided options for gaps under the garage door, options for future garage door replacement, and gave thourough details of garage door operation. I wish more services I've commissioned had personnel as service oriented as Parker was. Very impressed!
