Called the company last night, came in the following morning right on time. He only needed 5 seconds and he identify what the issue with my door was; broken spring. He said he had the parts and can do the job right away. It took him no more than 20 minutes. He replaced the parts, and he even did a full tune up of the entire garage door. He even adjusted the open-close cycle when he noticed the door was hitting the ground a little too hard. Now it opens and close perfectly. I can't recomend them enough. Great service, professional and straight to the point. 5 out of 5 on my book.
I called them, and they had a guy over to my house in less than 30 minutes. The garage door spring broke and needed replacing. Maybe the best repair experience I’ve ever had. Garage door broke at 330PM today. Broken spring and one of the rollers was off the rail making the release and lift option off the table. They were at my house 45 minutes after I called them, they repaired the spring and replaced the rollers. Full repair completed at a very reasonable price by 515PM same day! My service rep was great and the overall experience was positive.
