After work was complete, Cam said call him back any time if the repair has issue and they'll resolve it at no cost(he guarantees their workmanship) Dont need to look further if you are reading this review.

I had recently, by force, needed to replace my extremely old garage door. I had called 2 other companies that were recommended to me and found 1 did not want to provide me a receipt and his cost was incredibly high, the other wanted the majority of the cost down plus, he was not able to replace the garage track, he added another $100 to the quote for the seal, and other things that did not sit right with me. I don't like being taken for granted. I was left disappointed. I did a Google search to find the right Garage people for me and came across Access Garage Doors. After reading their reviews, I didn't think twice to call them.
Jamie came out to view the garage issues I had, I felt relieved from the start. I can tell Jamie was well experienced and knew what he was talking about. He was honest, direct and can sense his sincerity. Nothing is worse when a business takes advantage of a female customer. Jamie did not make me feel that way at all. He gave me a quote that I was comfortable with and was left with a positive experience.
Derek came by yesterday to install my new garage door and I could not be happier. He was courteous, respectful and got the job done and did I mention, it looks fantastic!!!
When you come across a good company, you want to continue your business with them. I know if my friends or family need a garage issue resolved, I will given them Jamie's contact info.

The quoting process was fast and transparent, communication was excellent, and the installation crew showed up exactly when they said they would. The doors look fantastic—smooth, quiet, and perfectly balanced. They even took the time to walk me through the operation, settings, and maintenance tips before leaving, which was a nice touch.

It’s rare to find a company that delivers this level of workmanship and service these days. I’d recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for garage door installation or service in the Richmond area.

Our Garage Door Spring had broken recently. We decided to replace the entire 30 years old garage door and Opener. I was recommended to this company by my neighbor’s experiences of their good service. Called Jammie and soon got the quote with reasonable pricing. The installation by Technician/ Installer Derek arrived on time of scheduled date.
