Easy communication and scheduling. Accurate quote. Our garage door single spring broke and Roman helped us convert to a two spring system which required ordering parts. He was able to assess what was needed and provide a reasonable estimate within 15 minutes over text message. He kept us updated on the delivery of the parts and showed up the night they arrived. Took about an hour to install and free disposal of broken spring. Firstly, I'm very happy with my purchase of a new door. I had been worried about the safety of my old door. It was making loud noices as it opens and closes. But ever since I upgraded my Door with Comfort Doors I was amazed with how quite it is. I got the LiftMaster 6580L with White door with frosted glass windows. And it makes the house look amazing. Saif made sure I understand how the door works and even paired my new door with my 4runner car builtin buttons to open and close incase I lose the remote I can still open the door and got my app working on my phone as well. Roman was also very knowledgeable and experienced Technician that gave me overview of how to maintain my door and how it generally works. As I'm technical too it was nice to learn something new.I really enjoyed the conversation. And would highly recommend you get a door from Comfort Doors.Get frosted glass it looks really nice. Also the model of lift master has a builtin camera that can send notifications when someone is in your garage. Very nice feature.
