found out at 6am just when my husband is about to go to work that our garage door is broken. i called some 24/7 (accdg to their website) companies but no answers and no one is able to come right away. it is a blessing in disguise though because when i called JB Garage doors, Biju answered and upon telling him what happed he already knew what was the problem! Our garage door spring broke very early this morning. I called JB at 9 and Biju showed up same day afternoon. He told me repairing would take 30min but pretty sure he was done in like 15min!! Quick service, nice guy, and reasonably priced (I googled around to see what's the price range companies would charge). Would use them again!

After a couple of failed DIY attempts, I called Biju to help finish the job right. He showed up calm and confident, looked over what I had done, and got to work adjusting the tension cables and winding the torsion springs with ease.I had upgraded to larger springs, which caused a small gap at the bottom of the door. Biju spotted it and fine-tuned the opener travel settings to close it properly.His rate for a full torsion spring replacement is about the same as what I paid just for parts, shipping and duty. I know who I’m calling next time I need garage door help.
