He was very diligent in keeping us informed and when he arrived, diagnosed the issue as the motor going out. The cause was the door spring size was not appropriate for the weight. He recommended a model to buy (a Best Seller at Home Depot) and said we could either buy and schedule the install or purchase from them. No pressure either way which is much appreciated!We bought a unit and scheduled the install. Again, Will was dispatched and called and asked if we were available ahead of schedule. We were and he came out and was done in a little over an hour. He even paired our vehicle to the garage door opener.
