Great experience! Our garage door was old and finally broke down, and Jimmy came out for service call next day. He was able to schedule a same-day replacement for us since they had an appointment open up and the door we wanted was available (white flush panel door). Thomas installed the new door and motor, and everything is working smoothly so far. Price seemed reasonable for Boulder area. Very happy with our new door and the efficient service!
Used the same garage door repair guy for 35 years, but he recently retired (and deservedly so!). Boulder Garage Door had great reviews so I gave them a call. They sent Justin P.,(within just a couple of hours of my first call) out to fix my broken springs and other worn out hardware. Justin was great - he gave me a clear plan with three different options to get the dang thing working again. I decided to go with replacing all the other different worn parts at the same time, as I hadn't had any maintenance on the garage door for many years. Justin was a no B.S. guy who fixed my problem quickly, and at a very reasonable price (I checked two other companies)!
Woke up this morning to a broken spring. Refused to contact the company that installed my door after having a nightmare of an experience with them.This company had a great call center that answered my call immediately (no AI or computer prompts). They were able to get someone out to my house in Brighton, Colorado within a few hours.Technician Kevin came out and was incredibly professional and informative. He showed me all the options of things that should be replaced but do not necessarily need to be replaced. Ultimately I decided to just go with the spring replacement at this time. He was not pushy and respectful of my decision to hold off on some minor optional upgrades he offered.He had the springs replaced in no time and reviewed everything with me. He showed me tips and tricks on how to maintain the garage door every 6 months.I was very impressed with this company. Hard to find decent honest companies these days. I will be using this company for all garage door needs moving forward.

Scheduling was a breeze (on a Sunday!) and Ian assisted with not only repairing the issue but helping us get a fresh, new, updated, SAFE system for a reasonable price! Ian noticed our cable was fraying on the large two car garage, he updated the drums to better support the cable and installed 2 springs to better support the door that gets a lot of use prolonging the life and make the system more efficient. Ian was professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind with all my questions about everything from the new app for MyQ to how to manually open the doors if needed to running different scenarios of repair/replacement to fit within our budget.
