I hired Don's Garage Doors just based on their graphic design. A company who invests in that invests in their employees (hopefully.) I had 3 technicians - each one arrived after an email and a text that showed a photo of the technician and a little bit about them. It's a great safety measure and a nice way to get to know the technician.Geol Peterson came out and helped me get started on figuring out what I wanted. I had to level my garage floor, so Lon came out to remeasure when that was done.Lon Wright and I talked with two technicians on the phone who were able to help me pick the best door/price combo for our home and another who helped us schedule the delivery/installation.Adam Kole arrived on time to install the door. I was surprised to find that it is common practice to send one person to install a door by themselves, but apparently it's not a problem.We cleaned up the garage as much as we could before installation. Adam worked around whatever was in the way and left the garage cleaner than when he arrived. He installed the door in a timely manner and walked us through installing the app, opening the door without power and what to expect. He was a comfortable person to be around, was interactive, professional and efficient.We love the door we picked to replace our 44 year old wood door. It looks nice and works great. It comes with a camera and an app so you can see if you left your garage door open when you're miles (or states) away.I highly recommend Don's!
