Absolutely exceptional! Came in a snow storm. Mike was our garage technician, and did an incredible job replacing new springs, bearing and shaft on our garage door. He was quick, efficient, and explained what was wrong and what he was doing advised tune up once a years. We had a nightmare situation the other day when our garage door would not open at 5 AM in the morning and we desperately needed to leave. We tried our best to figure it out ourselves and then called this service at about 6 AM, Mike came out within the hour and had it all fixed an hour later. What a great guy and definitely knew exactly what to do right away. Really appreciate the true emergency service, as I called a couple of other places first and even though they said they had‘24 emergency service’ they had to wait until they opened at 9 AM to contact a technician. That’s not what I call emergency service. Thank you Mike for how great you were to us and getting to our house so quickly and at an ungodly hour on a Saturday! We would absolutely recommend this company and especially Mike!
We've used Garage Door Service before and it is good to have their number handy. This morning my garage door was getting caught in a loop and wasn't able to fully open. By the early afternoon, it was fully functional. Eli called me right away after he was relayed the project. He was able to dissect the broken spring right away and get if fixed quickly. Eli was courteous and explained everything to me. It was a smooth fix. It's nice because the company is reliable, accessible and available. Very happy.
Eli was incredible. Showed up on a same day appointment within 2 hours of my call for this broke spring (pictured). He was mindful of my home and did quick work. He even helped fix the opener code when it wasn’t working repeatedly
