Not a good experience. Very disappointing experience with what we thought was a reputable company. Ordered a new garage door from them weeks ago for nearly $4000. On the day of installation installer was five hours late with no communication. Once you got there he didn’t have half the materials he needed to install the new door. Couldn’t finish that day since it was dark by then. Next day, door would not stay closed all day when we had to leave for work. Screws and hardware left all over the driveway which we nearly drove over. No communication the next day until afternoon. Second installer finally arrived. He finished the job. Trim is covered in nail holes and hammer imprints. Door covered in dirty greasy handprints. For the amount we spent we are very dissatisfied with this company.
