Kyle was friendly and helpful! He came out on a Saturday and spent 2+ hours servicing my garage. Turns out the motor at my new place was 30 years old! He explained all my options for repairs, but didn't pressure me to buy things my small 1 car garage doesn't need. I also love how Precision sends a picture of the technician ahead of time, so you know who's coming. Offers great peace of mind!

To begin, the consultation was thorough and young man took his time to make it work as size of door and space bit challengeing. He was friendly and professional. Two wonderful young men installed my automatic garage door. They were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The door had to be special ordered due to smaller size. It came quicker than we thought it would which was a great surprise. I love the look, the ease of use, and increased safety as garage is attached to house. Worth every penny. I am very happy and totally pleased with this company and product.
