To begin, the consultation was thorough and young man took his time to make it work as size of door and space bit challengeing. He was friendly and professional. Two wonderful young men installed my automatic garage door. They were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The door had to be special ordered due to smaller size. It came quicker than we thought it would which was a great surprise. I love the look, the ease of use, and increased safety as garage is attached to house. Worth every penny. I am very happy and totally pleased with this company and product.
I was having trouble with the garage door opening without shaking and sometimes it would stop halfway. It was only 13 years old but I figured I better have it looked at. I called Precision Garage Door of Des Moines. The house was at Lake Panorama. I talked with the receptionist in the morning and she sent someone out early afternoon. Worth was the repair man. He checked everything out and told me what I needed. Both doors were really noisy with chain drives. So I had Worth put new rollers, new springs, and new belt driven motors. It’s like night and day difference. Can hardly hear the doors now. I was extremely happy with the service and quality of their products! Worth also did a Great job!
Scott and Kyle did an excellent job showing and explaining the services that needed to be done to get my garage door working and working safely. They were very kind, fast, courteous and thorough. They went above and beyond by showing me how to program my openers and how to maintain healthy upkeep myself. It was excellent service with an overall great experience.
