Called A1 Garage Door Service after several months of dealing with my original garage door installer not able to fix their door. Carl was on time and polite. He applied real problem solving tools and a professional approach. My garage door setup is not typical and was not an easy job but Carl did a fantastic job. The garage door operates better than when it was first installed. This was back in October and five months later still operating great with no issues.

I am very pleased with the services done by A1 Garage Door Service. The customer service representative Alexis that I spoke with was very knowledgeable and professional. I was able to get an appointment right away. My technician Rose Justin was also extremely knowledgeable and professional. He explained our best options for repair. He was able to install an entire new opener, track, rollers for the door, and a bracket in the freezing cold within a couple hours. He was very kind and courteous! He even offered to grab coffee on his way over! A1 is also very dedicated to safety as I was informed as to who would be showing up at our home to make the repairs with all of the proper logos and branding. I received courtesy reminders of my appointment window. My technician Rose Justin called on his way to give us the heads up on his arrival time which was greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend A1 Garage Door Service.
I highly recommend this company. I called A1 for service on our garage door since it was stuck open. The customer service rep that took my original call was super helpful and informative. My garage door was serviced and working properly less than four hours after I called. The service tech, Bob Resmer, was absolutely amazing. He fixed our issue promptly and also gave us tips and tricks on how to extend the life of our door. I will definitely be using this company again.For any future garage door issues.
