A Plus Garage Door Repair

We called in on Monday to schedule an appointment for one of the guys to come look at our garage door which was having issues. Manasseh was a day early and he called on Tuesday that he's available and can come in, which was a plus. He was thorough and after doing some diagnostic, he was able to share and educate us on what's going on and what needs to be fixed. Manasseh was able to replace our motor, sensors and some other small parts in like an hour. Now our garage door works like a champ and it's so smooth that you can barely hear it. We have worked with A+ Garage Doors twice in the last couple of years, and we will definitely work with them again in the future. Highly recommended to anyone who needs help with their garage door in the Sandy area. Ask for Manasseh!

Awesome experience working with A Plus Garage, and a shout out + thank you to Kasey in particular! I had an aging garage door at a property that started only partially lifting (never fully), and was clipping the frame of the home when opened manually. He was able to come out to the property next day, quickly identified the issues, and provided several service options across different price points to fit my short- and long-term needs. It’s often hard to find reliable service options as a Property Manager, but I’ll readily work with these guys again! 10/10

If I could give this company 10 stars I would!! They are wonderful to work with. The office staff efficiently handled my call, got me scheduled, and sent timely text updates throughout the entire purchase. From my first introduction with Kohrman who came out to give me an estimate to the complete installation by Kyle and Blake, these guys were all amazing. I cannot say enough good things. They all went above and beyond to make the purchase and installation of my new garage door a seamless process!! I highly recommend this company!!

Tyler and Trip came to our home on time and gave us a detailed report of the repairs needed. They were knowledgeable and friendly. They did the repairs in a careful and timely manner and explained the details and warranty information. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their garage door repaired.

Peyton and Luis installed an entire new garage door/motor unit for me! They let me know about 30 minutes before they arrived that they were on their way (always nice when a window of time is given for an appointment). They explained the process, how long it would take and made sure all my questions were answered. They left my garage cleaner than when they came, showed me how to take care of the springs/joints and even troubleshooted connecting my car buttons to open the garage. They did a great job!

I was reminded of why I chose A+ Garage Doors to install our garage door over a decade ago; they are quick, professional, friendly and do amazing work at a fair price. Our spring broke and they were out the next day to fix it. Connor was amazing and so respectful and friendly. He was even able to multi-task as I asked him numerous questions about the work he was doing. I would absolutely recommend A+ for garage door work. We just had a new garage door installed on our shop. Carson and his crew did an amazing job. They showed up on time, were very accommodating to the needs of our crews coming and going. A+ Garage Door did a wonderful job! Technicians Tanner and Ourie (sorry I probably misspelled your name!) were fantastic. They did a thorough test to diagnose the problems with our garage doors. They clearly explained the various solutions and completed the installation very quickly and at a good price. I will be using them again for any future issues. Picture is of the shiny new springs they installed.

I am kind of in love now. I am totally impressed with the work done by Kyle and Blake. Not only were they courteous and hard working, with such a great attitude, but they made sure I got the best service possible. My new love has the smoothest moves you've ever seen - very quiet and well built, with insulation in all the right spots! Definitely a keeper! P.S. Yes, you can love garage doors.

My garage door broke and I could not get it closed. I called A plus they were able to get a technician out same day. The people on the phone were helpful and friendly. They called and gave me a 15 min heads up that the technician would be there. Jordan was friendly and knowledgeable he got my door closed and secured. We talked about options for fixing the problem. They offer financing as an option. I was unable to pay for a replacement at this time but in the next couple months when I am ready I will for sure be using this company.

Kasey and A+ were awesome. Not only did he fix the initial issue I called about but he pointed out a couple future failure points that he was able to address. I am thankful that my door is working again and my family and belongings are safe.

Great service. Connor arrived right on time within the quoted time frame. He had everything on the truck needed to make the repair. They were able to get it us within one day at no extra cost Connor gave us multiple options for repairs and there was no pressure to “buy up” to the higher level. He even threw in some free items for us. Repairs were done quickly . We love how quiet our garage door is now.

Absolutely amazing! We had an issue where one of our springs on our 2-car exploded. We called A+ and they had Norman out to our house within an hour. He did an amazing job. He was extremely helpful and transparent through the entire process. His work was exceptional and quick! Definitely recommend both A+ and Norman for anything garage door related.

Gage was fantastic during his visit this morning. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and most important, he was immediately trustworthy. He gave me all the options, gave me great pricing and got us exactly what we wanted/needed. I hope we don’t need more garage needs in the near future, but when we do, I’ve saved Gage’s number as my go to guy moving forward. As an added bonus, he was incredibly kind to my wife and kids that went in and out all morning. Overall, I walked away feeling everything was very fair and I felt very happy with our experience this morning. Way to go, Gage!

If your garage door closes with a thud that can be heard for a mile like ours, you won’t regret upgrading to a new opener and calling A Plus to install it. The new ones Kasey/A Plus installed are infinitely smoother and quieter, and more responsive than the 20 yo units that came with the house. You’ll love every time you leave and return home, they are just made so much better than older ones. A giant thank you to Kasey S. for his professionalism, precision, punctuality, patience, and friendliness. He explained the why, how and what needed to be done due to a broken spring and how to care for our new units. All around A+ experience relying on A Plus.

Great experience all around. Called in the evening and a profession was at our door the following morning. John-Luke was a one man show. Very knowledgeable about garage door systems, pieces and parts. He was able to answer my questions with kindness and professionalism, program our key pads, and make sure everything was in working order. Couldn’t recommend highly enough but if you get a chance, ask for John-Luke.

Mike was great! He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and on time. He provided several options and suggestions for the repairs we needed; and we ultimately had the springs, cable drums, and rollers replaced, along with a connecting bracket added. The price was reasonable for the service performed and the door is now moving smoother and quieter than it has in years!

We had Sam Andersen come to our house. He called me beforehand. He was right on time. He was super nice. He gave us options and was not pushy at all. He had all the things he needed to fix our garage and we got a new sensor. It was painless. I called yesterday and it was fixed the next day.
