I went to see them at the beginning of last week because I have a broken garage door. They told me they would come on Monday to take measurements and see what type of door I needed, but no one ever came. I called them back on Wednesday, and they said, "Sorry, an employee left this morning. I'll go myself tomorrow. Call me back around 8:00 a.m. tomorrow so I can put you on my schedule for the day." I called them back on Thursday morning, but they didn't answer. I left a message, as usual, and they didn't call back.And last week, I asked them for weatherstripping. I gave them the measurements, and they said they'd get back to me with the prices and that they had everything in stock. They never called me back. I called them again, and they said they needed some information for the invoice so they could give me the prices. I emailed them the information as requested, and I never heard back. I think their service is a big fat zero. I'll never buy anything from them again. They don't care about their customers.
Note to self: never do business with this company again. Quote not honored, shoddy installation, nonexistent after-sales service, four months without working doors, the main door keeps misaligning, pieces are falling off, the motor is straining, and there's absolutely no service. It's a complete nightmare. One star because it's impossible to give less.
Excellent quality products, great team, helpful and professional in Drummondville. I had two doors installed by technician Alex; he is meticulous, quick, and very efficient.Well done!
