After the installation, I received a bill exceeding $2,900 + tax, without having been notified or authorized to change the price.Several issues arose:The quote was ambiguous and incomplete compared to the actual request.Work and travel were billed even though they were not performed.There were inconsistencies in the dates, the billed time, and the transportation costs.Attempts were made to retroactively justify charges not included in the initial quote.After several exchanges, the company finally agreed to bill me only for the amount of the accepted quote, which I paid.Unfortunately, the process was unnecessarily contentious, with a lack of clarity, administrative rigor, and professionalism in the handling of the case. I strongly recommend that anyone doing business with this company get everything in writing and carefully review what is included before accepting a quote.

They came to repair my door, which had become misaligned. They ended up doing a complete adjustment and maintenance! My door now works as well as it did 20 years ago!
A garage door for $6000.00 and they don't even provide two remote controls!!! Seriously cheap! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, or at least make sure they include the remotes!!!
Warning: $175/hour per guy. Come as a team of two to change a garage door drum, so it's $350/hour.In the end, one guy works and the other watches. Time required: 40 minutes, billed at 1 hour per guy + mileage + parts = $557 to replace a drum on a brand new door I bought from them less than a year ago.My next garage door won't be from this place.
