I had a garage door installed at en 2024 for $4,713. I just noticed that it doesn't close properly: a significant gap remains between the door and the jamb (see photos), allowing air and water to pass through.I contacted customer service (April 15, 2025) to have them adjust or install a seal, but I never received a response or an appointment.The lack of follow-up and professionalism is unacceptable. With photos to support this, I strongly advise against this company until these problems are resolved.
