Doorvana Garage Door Service LLC

Saif was absolutely the best in every way. From start to finish, everything was perfect. He was professional, on time, respectful, and his workmanship is top quality. The garage installation came out flawless clean, solid, and exactly how I wanted it. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. I’m extremely happy with the results and would 100% recommend him to anyone. If you want the job done right, Saif is the guy.

NEW GARAGE DOOR AND INSTALLATION After a week and a half of dealing with six different individuals with six different titles I found Ahmed. Thank God. The advertised companies like A1 are a nightmare to work with. They cancelled my order the day the “installer” arrived The Quoter wanted $800 cash to set up the job. No way! Ahmed quoted the job. Ahmed installed the job within two days. NO HASSEL. He said he needed to remove the old garage door the following day. WOW the next day he showed upon the seasons first snow storm to remove the old door. He can be trusted to do what he says he will do in the time he commits to. Ahmad was refreshing after dealing with “name companies” PS when the”other” couldn’t sell me a $700 warranty I was told there was no company or manufacturers warranty. What garbage. Ahmed offered a one year parts and labor and a life time manufacturer’s on the door. And his price was a little lower DO NOT CALL the advertised “big guy”. GO DIRECTLY TO AHMED great product, great service, GREAT GUY

Our garage door spring snapped breaking out of nowhere. I got online about 11pm last night asked “Angi” for garage door repair companies. The 5 star company that came up out of 3 was Doorvana Garage Door Service LLC. Saif Mahmoud was at my house by 10:30am this morning. He did amazing work and my garage door is fully repaired and functional. I greatly appreciate the time and efforts they gave. Definitely well worth the call and time. Anything ever comes up with the garage door I will be calling Doorvana! Thank you SO very much!

Service was great! The installer showed up on time, answered any questions we had in a professional manner, and the installation of a new tension spring system took less than an hour. He was polite and courteous and explained that our installed system needed to be replaced because it was cheap (our whole housing development has the same system in every house, they cut corners clearly) and installed a much better system that will last 15 years and be far easier to repair if it has issues at all. On top of that, we had some repair work done to the garage door previously and the gentleman explained that the previous garage door people put too much weight on the garage for our motor and that the motor was having to work extra every time we pushed the door button. Doorvana fixed that issue as well to increase the longevity of our garage door opener motor as well as fixing the wheels that weren't properly moving on the track. Really great work, very courteous, prompt, and professional. Will definitely keep them in mind and I highly recommend them.

Saif, the technician came out today and was most impressed with his work. Very hot in the garage, but he didn’t complain, quickly and cleanly replaced the right spring above the garage. He was dripping wet, but never missed a beat and did a great job. Garage works better and is most quiet than ever before, and we have been here for over 40 years. Would recommend him and them any time. Thank you very much!
