Matt Eberly was great. He was on time, very professional. He was very friendly to my two children. He fixed our issue on our door and realigned it and greasing and lubing everything up so that it would close more efficient as well.
Kyle Petty
Anthony did an amazing job with our garage. He came out the next day and replaced our whole unit in a couple of hours. He was knowledgeable and professional throughout the process. Best experience with a repair service in the city.

Last night when I closed my garage door, I heard a loud crack, but everything looked OK. This morning I couldn’t open it after calling Precision. They had a repairman on their way within 30 minutes. Turns out one of my springs had broken. These were original to the house which was built in 1967 so they replaced them at a new bearings and cable and it’s like a new garage door. It opens so smoothly and quietly and effortlessly
Matt Gave me two estimates just for the spring and the springs and everything that was wearing out. I didn’t want to recall so I asked him to just fix everything that needed it. It all took less than an hour highly recommend this company and Matt

Matt Eberly was very knowledgeable and explained everything that was needed to make our garage doors work like new. We received a seven-year warranty and would be happy to use this company again.
