When our garage door spring broke, I was pretty stressed and unsure what to do. I found North State Garage Door Inc through reviews and decided to give them a call. I initially worried it might be hard to get an appointment, but they were very responsive.

The technician, TJ, arrived quickly and fixed the issue efficiently. He also shared helpful maintenance tips, and now our garage door operates much more smoothly than before. As someone with no prior experience, it is hard for me to judge pricing, but it felt very reasonable compared to what I had worried about. After hearing from people who have tried DIY repairs, I am convinced that calling a professional at this price point was absolutely the right choice.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend them.
