I was in a rush and didn't know enough to question it, so I went with the $2,100 quote despite my gut feeling.

I’ve since discovered that I was sold a full renovation when a $700 spring replacement was all that was needed.
John deliberately withheld the most affordable solution. It’s clear your tactic is to exploit a customer's lack of knowledge for higher commissions.
This kind of dishonest, cunning behavior is short-sighted and will eventually cost you your reputation.

Great response time and great work done. I had an appointment the same day I called and I could not believe it. The window they gave me was within reason (4 hours) and the technician arrived within an hour of the window. Technician fixed garage and tuned the springs, applied lubrication and serviced the whole garage system. The work was prompt, efficient and you can tell the difference.
