I needed all 4 of my garage door springs replaced and was seeking a professional. Out of the 4 companies I inquired, Trotter was above all else, the best decision. I spoke to Josh on the phone and he was a river of information. Josh also had excellent customer service. Wacey showed up the next day and serviced everything in about an hour. WOW! Not only is Trotter an inviting and easy customer experience, they also have great pricing! Wacey also was very knowledgeable and honest about pricing and gave me multiple options for what I could do. I had been quoted hundreds of dollars more for the service they did and they beat everyone else as well as offered a lifetime warranty for the springs. We used Trotter Overhead Door Garage and Home for a broken garage door spring on a large double door. They were quick to respond, arrived promptly, and completed the repair efficiently. They replaced both springs, performed a full tune-up and lubrication, and the door now works as good as new. Pricing was clearly explained over the phone and matched the final invoice.
