We bought our garage door 1 1/2 years ago and are very happy with it. It took 3 months to arrive because it was a custom order, but the wait was worth it! We found the purchase and installation process a breeze. Every member of the staff is professional, courteous, friendly - delightful to deal with. Before the install, we had an issue with the old door where it did not fully close and they came over to help us getting it working again (free of charge). We are very happy with their price and service and highly recommend River City doors!
