Just want to say how happy we are with our new garage door workings. Dean and Leroy rebalanced our door, installed new main springs, motor, rail, remotes, eyes and lubed it. Works so smooth and quiet with these new features. You should be encouraged when you see the experience in these guys faces and actions. You are in good hands. Dean is a wealth of knowledge. I'm a general contractor and we had to bring him in as an expert on one of our projects. After literally a couple of hours of poking around, taking measurements and making adjustments, we were able to find a great solution for our customer saving them thousands of dollars!! The team is very prompt in communications and his new map updates alerts you exactly when he is arriving at your place??. He makes sure that items under warranty are processed accordingly. Dlouhy did a great job with the initial installation of a new door and motor. A few years later, they took even better care of us when a part broke on the assembly. I called them in the evening and they were there, to perform the repair, in less than 24 hours. Great company and great people.
The response time was great! Very accommodating, friendly, and great prices. It really was a great experience all the way around. The technicians that came out were very fast and explained everything in detail and made sure I was able to operate everything without issues. They even set up the Homelink in my car and helped me set up the garage opener app in my phone. Customer service has been on the decline since the pandemic but Dlouhy Garage Doors of San Diego maintained an extremely high standard of customer service. I will most definitely recommend them to anyone seeking help with their garage door.
