Great American Door & Screen

I messed up our Genie garage door opener putting away some boxes. All American responded very quickly. They sent Paul Swezey within 45 minutes. The fix was so simple it took him less than 5 minutes total. He didn't even charge me. Later, owner Steve told me that is their policy: if it is a quick & simple fix, no charge - the first time. BTW, I gratefully tipped Paul handsomely. Well done, All American Garage Doors. A stellar 5 star job. I will certainly use them in the future.

Doug, thank you for your fine work in repairing my garage door. You had a long day with a previous job, yet you still kept your appointment with me. You kept me notified on your status and estimated arrival time. You were also very personable and competent. You quickly found the issue, made a quality repair, and your costs were very reasonable. Thanks again!

Doug has been extraordinarily helpful with the ongoing problems with the garage door springs in our development. From coming out here quickly to help people get out of their garage to replacing springs at a reasonable price. Excellent customer service and quality work. I highly recommend Great American Door & Screen.

I am delighted to share my positive experience with Doug, the garage door repair professional. Doug provided exceptional service when he came out on a Saturday evening to address an issue with my garage door. He swiftly made a temporary repair to ensure the door operated safely until he could obtain the necessary parts. True to his commitment, Doug promptly returned after receiving the parts and completed the repair without any upselling tactics. What stood out to me was Doug's meticulous approach to the repair, treating it as if he were working on his own garage door. His dedication to ensuring the job was done right was evident throughout the process. I want to extend my sincere appreciation to Doug for his excellent work. Kudos to him for a job well done, and thank you for the prompt and reliable service!

Doug, the owner was great. Always got back to me. Listened to my ideas and presented his own. Got me color samples. Worked well with the fabricator. Came when he said he would and the time he said he’d be there. The door is beautiful. Getting tons of compliments on it.
