This is the second time that I have used Percision Garage Door to repair my broken garage door. As with last time, I was able to schedule an appointment within 48 hours, the technician called before showing up, and was totally professional in completing the job.
This time he had to replace my unit and springs and gave me options without a hard upsell (which seems to be common these days with everything).
I highly recommend Percision Garage Doors for repairs and annual maintenance!

On a very rainy day our garage doors wheel came off track. After calling Precision they sent Daniel out the same day. He checked our door and then advised us on the cost to repair and also suggested issues with all the wheels and a hinge. He gave us a total cost and did the servicing in a timely manner. Great job!

Loved the service and the door!! The technician texted me letting me know he was on his way to my house and included a picture so I would know who to look for. Arrived and began work right away. Installation was only a few hours and they even programmed my car for me so it would open the garage door. Truly went above and beyond!! And the garage door itself is very nice and so super quiet. Great product and great company!

My gate malfunctioned hours after Precision Door replaced my garage door opener. They were so knowledgeable and thorough in replacing my opener, I called them for help with my gate motor. They came promptly the next day, checked all areas of the motor and gate. Many areas needed lubricating and the wheels needed loosening. Mason was so kind to take time with me, explaining the motor codes, where to lubricate, functions of the motor I was not aware of, and how best to apply them. Because they had just done a new install the day before, they serviced my gate as a courtesy. I will only use Precision from now on. Not only are they experts, I felt like they cared about me.
