I had a great experience with Bavarian Motor Works of Enterprise, AL when they helped me with my 2013 Mercedes C250. My car had to be towed in due to a leaking sunroof that caused a cascade of electrical issues. Bruce and his team quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it properly—something that clearly required experience and real expertise.Everyone there was super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the process. One thing that really stood out was the shop itself: the waiting area has a large glass window looking directly into the work area, which adds a refreshing level of transparency and trust to the whole experience.Their shop rate is very fair and affordable, especially given the quality of work they provide. The only downside is that, because they do such good work, they stay very busy—so there can sometimes be a bit of a delay getting your car in. But as the saying goes, you can only pick two of the following three: fast service, quality work, and low cost—and Bavarian Motor Works absolutely delivers on quality and value.Highly recommend if you’re looking for honest, skilled work on European vehicles.
Bruce and the team at Bavarian are top notch! They've assisted me with both my E70 X5d and 128i as well as a 325xi wagon that I eventually parted ways with. Very knowledgeable and honest with what needs to be done in order to get your vehicle serviced and in order. Highly recommend!
Mr. Bruce and employees are fast and efficient. Mr. Bruce is such a nice and honest guy! The shop is super clean which is a huge plus!!! He is far cheaper than the Mercedes Dealership. He even had a loaner vehicle for me to use! This place is truly top notch! I need new breaks, pads, prayers and sensors and the parts were ordered and my car was completed in two days. They even detailed my car. It nearly looked brand new.
Fantastic, speedy service. I needed my brake pads replaced for my BMW and called Wednesday- they had the parts ordered, delivered, and was scheduled/seen Friday! Upfront with the costs and they even detailed my car making her like new! If I was a permanent resident here I would 100% make this my go-to auto shop.
I have been coming here for several years now and I've always had a great experience. Bruce and his shop always do an excellent job whenever I bring my cars in for any type of service. He has done oil changes, helped with suspension upgrades, brakes/rotor replacement, and even a post-purchase inspection to help get a 986 Boxster back into excellent mechanical condition.His business is professional and super clean. Sometimes there may be a week wait or so before he can get your car in, but this is a good sign in my opinion. Many of his clients are repeat customers and the shop constantly stays busy. Just be sure to plan ahead when calling in to make an appointment.Overall, this is a great place to take your European car for service...or even if you need a full engine replacement.
