The people are so super friendly and act like they really want to help. I was also happy with them telling me an item was being discontinued before I purchases it when I mentioned that I would need to come back for more. Highly recommend!!

They have absolutely stellar customer service. If you need keys cut the old-fashioned way, this is the place to go.

Updated!! NOT IMPRESSED
A tall guy with a red beard named Allan helped me out with some BBQ supplies and a few other items. He was very nice and a pleasure to be around.
It's great to see such helpful employees who make the shopping experience enjoyable. I will definitely be back! Thank you, Ace Hardware, for having awesome staff!
Update: I was walking into Ace this morning ran into the same guy that helped me he looked a little upset. To come to find out they fired him for being in college and that couldn’t keep him because of it knowing he told them before being hired. Terrible business by hiring lady. Manager needs more training
