The automatic mechanism on our garage door stopped working. I called Overhead Door Company of Greater Erie and they had someone out to fix it within 20 minutes. Mike Thomas was our technician, who identified the problem immediately, explained it to us, and fixed it in a timely manner. He also happened to notice that our other garage door was missing an important bolt, and he fixed that too, for free! I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Definitely recommend this company.
Absolutely great service from the office answering to the technicians. Friendly, efficient, and they do amazing work. They always make time to take our calls and normally can get us serviced next day.
