These guys are really, really good at a wide variety of specialties. Today for example, Toren came by for a couple of hours and did an amazing job on our garage doors- maintenance and repairs and figured out some opener issues that we have had for a long time. And if you have a powered gate- they do terrific work. They do work for us at our business as well.
My husband backed into a partially opened garage door and forced the door out of the track. It wouldn’t open or close. The pleasant and efficient receptionist quickly contacted the service person and he came out within hours. This is the second time I’ve used Overhead Door. The first was for the purchase and install of a new garage door about 10 years ago, which was a great experience. This time I needed maintenance- a spring broke. I called and they had next day service available. The technician, Toren, was prompt and polite. He got my garage door fixed quickly, replaced a dead remote, and programmed a vehicle built in remote for me. This is THE company! Exemplary customer service and quality work. 10/10.
