Pilchuck has replaced both of our garage door units after the olds ones failed at different times. Both installs went great, Fernando was easy to communicate with and schedule service with, and when one of the units had trouble a few years down the line he swapped out with warranty replacement parts to get it back in great working condition. Will absolutely use Pilchuck again if the need ever arises.

Great result, after great advice from both Fernando and Edwin. We replaced our original 1989 garage doors with R18 CloPay wood grain garage doors and put in side mount LiftMaster openers. Absolutely love the look, the quietness and how warm the garage is.... within a few degrees of the house, since it recently got to freezing here. In the summer, definitely cooler! It was a well worthwhile house investment and Pilchuck Garage's attention to detail is WONDERFUL!! great father/son team! Thank you, PGD!
