Customer Reviews

Talon Ireland

Pilchuck has replaced both of our garage door units after the olds ones failed at different times. Both installs went great, Fernando was easy to communicate with and schedule service with, and when one of the units had trouble a few years down the line he swapped out with warranty replacement parts to get it back in great working condition. Will absolutely use Pilchuck again if the need ever arises.

The professionals from Pilchuck Garage were polite and accommodating. We have two garage doors and they replaced the springs, rollers, and the openers. Now the doors operate like they are brand new! I will definitely call Pilchuck when I want to get a new garage door.

Fernando and Edwyn are true professionals at installing garage doors. Not only do they offer the best doors available on the market, but the installation went smooth and the two doors installed are wonderfully operational. What I really appreciate about this company is their honesty, integrity, and being up front about what they do. Fernando taught me how to use the new doors as well as how to maintain them. I appreciate them answering all of my questions thoroughly. Please consider using their services!
