marc was fantastic—he arrived at my place even before i got there and waited for me. he took care of my garage door problem super fast, and the price was great, really fair compared to others. everything about the service was professional and smooth. i’d definitely recommend this company to anyone needing garage door repairs or a new installation. if you’re looking for someone on time, experienced, and affordable, this is the team to call.

Marc was fantastic! Before reaching out, I tried adjusting the spring tension on my own, but ended up making my garage door crooked and partially off the tracks, which bent the rails and tangled the cables near the drums. I called, and Marc arrived at my Fairfield home in less than an hour. He not only fixed all the problems I caused, but also installed the new garage door opener I had planned to get set up by another company, which would have taken weeks. The extra cost was totally worth it, especially since the price was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. Now my garage door moves smoother than ever, and everything is working perfectly!

I had someone come out to give me an estimate for garage door repairs, and they quoted me almost $5,000 with lots of extra add-ons I didn’t need. I decided to get another opinion and called a local garage door service. They responded quickly and even arrived a day earlier than planned. Justin explained that only the garage door opener unit needed to be replaced, not everything else. He took the time to explain regular maintenance, helped program my car’s opener, two garage door remotes, and the keypads. The service was fast, professional, and honest. I’ll definitely recommend them to others and call them again if I need help with my garage door.
