Brandon was FANTASTIC! The level of attention to detail he gave to the repair, the clear and honest communication, the recommendations, additional helpful info, all of it above and beyond. A master class in customer service and what we wish we all received from service technicians who come to help us in our homes. I'm thankful we picked Garage Door Rescue to help us when our overhead door broke. I would recommend them with tremendous enthusiasm for anyone I know or don't know!

Amazing customer service from start to finish!
Trinity took our call and was very nice as she helped us schedule our appointment, this gave us a good feeling about the company from the beginning.
Brandon showed up to repair the garage door and provided great service from the get go! As others have said, he was polite, professional, and knowledgeable.
If you need a garage door repair, this is the company!

Twice I have called them to fix a door…once to replace a motor, the other to replace broken springs. Each time, they were super professional, did exactly what they said they would (and then a little more) with a smile and showed up on time. Not sure what more one could ask for. I’d recommend them any day of the week and already have.
